We understand that enrolling your son or daughter in a private school is a family commitment – for both the student and the parents – and we are here to help support you as you navigate this important part of the Admissions process.

Need-Based Financial Aid

It is a critical part of our mission to enroll the most qualified boys and girls regardless of their financial circumstances. Direct grants are available and awarded based on financial need and are a direct reduction of tuition.

The Financial Aid Process

It is our goal to make the process for applying for financial aid as simple and straightforward as possible. However, ultimately, it is the family’s responsibility to complete the application and provide all financial documents required by Our Lady of Fatima Elementary. *Active Catholic Rate

To qualify for the active Catholic rate, the family must comply with the following three requirements:

  1. Parents and students must attend Mass every Sunday and Holy Days of Obligation;
  2. Use the church envelopes on a weekly basis to confirm attendance – no minimum payment required;
  3. Parents must volunteer to assist with church bingo four times during the school year.

**Multiple Students

Parents with more than one child enrolled at Our Lady of Fatima are entitled to a family discount.

Payment Plans

Option A: One Payment

Pay the full year’s tuition in one installment on or before August 1. This payment can be made by check, credit card, or ACH.

Option B: Two Payments

Pay tuition in 10 monthly installments. The first installment is due August 1, and the last is due May 1. This payment can be made by credit card or ACH only and will be automatically debited from the bank account or credit card account provided at the time of enrollment. There is a $50 processing fee which will be added to your first payment.

Our Lady of Fatima Elementary school is a member of the FACTS Tuition Management system. The FACTS Tuition Payment Plan allows parents to select a convenient payment option to best suit their needs.
